The refund request must be made within 6 Days from the end of the guarantee period, i.e., 12 Months i.e 360 Days. These 360 Days will be counted from the date of making the purchase. The communication of the refund shall be made only via WhatsApp message, by mentioning the following details: Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, and Date of Purchase. The WhatsApp message must be sent to +91818190234 only from the registered number. Any communication other than the WhatsApp message will not be considered as a Valid Communication. Any communication made before the end of 360 Days or after 6 days from the end of 360 Days will not be considered as Valid Communication. Refunds will not be granted in cases where the communication is Invalid.
